RETURNS

&  EXCHANGES

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the order delivery date.

RETURN POLICY

 The return or exchange must be requested within thirty (30) days from the order delivery date.

  • After receiving the return label from our Customer Service team, you will have 7 days to send the item(s) back.

  • For damaged items, the request can be made within seven (7) days from the order delivery date.

  • In cases of damaged items, you must send photos to the Customer Service PARGO team so that they can be analyzed.

  • Exchanges can be processed for any item that has the same value as paid for the returned item at the time it was requested. In case the style is no longer available, we will issue the refund instead.

  • Exchanges for another size can be accommodated when the price of the item is the same (same style and color)

  • All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment;

    • We highlight that due to our payment provider rules we are only able to process refunds within 60 days from the purchase date;

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or any other in which responsibility belongs to PARGO.

  • The refund of the amount will be processed from 7 to 15 days after the product returns to our warehouse;

  • The exchange order will be placed within 7 to 15 days after the product returns to our warehouse. After being created, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days (orders are processed from Monday to Friday - excluding holidays)

  • Only unworn items can be returned or exchanged. The products must be in perfect condition, in the original box, unwashed, undamaged and with all the original tags attached.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?

To return a defective or incorrect item received, please submit a return request with clear images of the wrong or defective item and explanation. Images should include views of the damage (if applicable), overall products, label,  and of the PARGO products box.

PROCESSING ORDERS
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
Orders placed after 1PM EST are processed in the next business day. 
Packages do not require signature upon delivery. Kindly make proper arrangements for packages to be received.
